Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please note that if your willing to amend or cancel your booking because of whatsoever reasons including accident, illness, or any other personal reasons, please do so in writing.

Following are the points to be noted :

  • If your cancellation is received more than 3 months before your departure date, 30% of your deposit will be refunded.
  • If your cancellation is received more than 4 months before your departure date, 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
  • If your cancellation is received more than 5 months before your departure date, 80% of your deposit will be refunded.
  • If your cancellation is received less than 3 months before your departure date, there will be no refund of deposit.
  •  If you are delayed or think you might be late, contact details will be available and we will do everything possible to make alternative arrangements in order to get you on tour and meet you further down the road. Extra fees may be incurred at the Riders’ cost.
  • If you fail to arrive at the specified time and date of the Tour, then we shall not be liable to refund the amounts paid by you There will be no refund for no shows.
  • Any amendment in the original booking has to be given to us in writing. All changes will be processed only after the receipt of the same by the BRM.
  • If you fail to complete the Tour or leaves before the completion of the Tour for any reason, you will be liable to make your own arrangements with respect to transportation, lodging, motorcycle return, etc., at your own expense, unless prior arrangements have been made with BRM.
  • The above-mentioned cancellation charges are applicable only against the main Tour and rentals published by the BRM. If the Client has booked any other services such as air/train tickets or any third-party product, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as per cancellation terms of respective airline/railways or the cancellation terms of the respective third party. The Company is also liable to recover its service charges against booking and canceling such services for the Client.
  • The refund shall be processed within 7- 14 working days from the date of the cancellation request. The refund will be made online.
  • Transfer fee (payment gateway charges/bank charges etc) charged at the time of booking will not be refundable.
  • Any kind of commission/fee applied while sending the refund will be recovered from the amount to be refunded.
